North America: 3-5 weeks
Europe: 8-9 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order tracking


As the cost of tracking items is expensive I do not purchase tracking as standard. If you would like tracking on your parcel please contact me to find out costs.



If an order doesn’t arrive

Please make sure that your item is within the boundaries of the shipping timeframe above before contacting me to enquire about lost orders.



About returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
